I’ve released a new Halite snapshot to SourceForge.net, this is classed as Release Candidate 2 and should be the last before the very near stable 0.3.2 release.

First, and very important, there is a known problem where if UPnP is turned off then Halite can crash (quite frequently) at startup. This is a problem in the underlying libtorrent layer and is being worked on. I was going to wait till that issue were fixed but [...]
This should be a RC for the next stable 0.3.1 release.
